LITIGATION As lead and local counsel, our lawyers have represented individuals and businesses before many state and federal courts in the Washington metropolitan area as well as in many states across the country. We regularly appear as local counsel in Virginia State and Federal Courts for out-of-state clients and attorneys in a wide variety of cases. Our civil trial practice is diverse. We have represented clients in many complex civil proceedings, including those involving construction and commercial real estate matters, landlord-tenant law, business torts and contract issues, injunctive and pre-judgment relief, banking matters, and intellectual property disputes. We are experienced with all phases of litigation, from discovery, motions and trial practice and appellate advocacy, to mediation, arbitration and complex settlement negotiations. |
