David T. Russell, Esq. is one of the founding partners of Russell & Russell, P.C., specializing in the areas of commercial real estate, construction and business law. Mr. Russell currently represents developers and managers of commercial properties in the Washington Metropolitan area and across the country and one of the largest concrete and aggregate suppliers in the Mid-Atlantic region. Mr. Russell represents and counsels a wide array of businesses and individuals regarding mechanics liens, state and federal bond claims, contracts, real estate, creditor's rights and collections, business formation and governance, business acquisition matters, commercial law and civil litigation. Mr. Russell has appeared before numerous courts during his career as both primary and local counsel, including but not limited to, the Virginia Supreme Court, United States District Court Eastern District of Virginia, United States Bankruptcy Court Eastern District of Virginia, US Bankruptcy Court District of Maryland, all Circuit and General District Courts in the Northern Virginia area, the District of Columbia Superior Court, and various Circuit and District Courts in Maryland. Mr. Russell has served as a Commissioner in Chancery by appointment of the Arlington Circuit Court since 1996.
